Guest Access
Guests have access to their private room or suite, as well as the resort’s shared outdoor amenities and common areas. Enjoy the spacious grounds, picnic areas, cornhole, bicycles, fishing boats, and direct access to beautiful Paradise Lake.
Parking is available on-site for registered guests. Guests are welcome to relax throughout the property and enjoy the lake views, outdoor gathering spaces, and recreational amenities during their stay.
Please note that certain operational, maintenance, storage, and owner-designated areas are reserved for staff and are not accessible to guests. Any private owner accommodations, utility spaces, or clearly marked restricted areas are off-limits.

The easiest way to reach us is by phone, text message, or through the booking platform’s messaging system. Contact information and check-in details will be provided before your arrival.

For emergencies, please call 911 first, then notify us so we can assist as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Other Things to Note
A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required before you receive your door code. This is part of the check-in process for the property management system we use alongside Airbnb.
Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs in our designated pet-friendly rooms.
Pet-friendly rooms:
- Suite 13: Up to two dogs
- Mini Suite 14: One dog
Pet fee:
- $50 per stay
- The pet fee is nonrefundable.
- The fee includes the use of a paw towel, pet bowls, and a special treat bag for your furry friend.
Pet guidelines:
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and use a flea and tick preventative.
- Please share your dog’s name and breed before your stay.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the room.
- Leashes are required when outdoors.
- Dogs are not permitted on the beach, dock, or immediate swimming area.
- Dogs must stay off furniture and beds.
- Please use the designated dog run area and clean up after your pet.
Important notes:
- Unauthorized pets may result in a $250 fee and possible cancellation of the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to their pet.
We love having dogs here. We simply ask that they remain part of a respectful, easy stay for everyone sharing the property.

We’re located on beautiful Paradise Lake, just minutes from the Mackinac Bridge, making us an ideal home base for exploring Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and the Upper Peninsula.
Because we’re a lakeside property, guests may encounter wildlife, insects, changing weather conditions, and the occasional sounds of nature. These are all part of the authentic Northern Michigan experience. Our grounds are intended to be enjoyed by families, couples, and groups seeking a peaceful getaway.
We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure all guests can relax and unwind. While we welcome families, children should be supervised around the lake, docks, boats, and recreational areas at all times.
