When we took over this property, we immediately saw what made it special.

The lake. The peaceful setting. The feeling of being Up North in the way so many of us remember growing up. We knew we didn’t want to change that. We wanted to preserve it and thoughtfully bring it back to life.

Since then, we’ve been slowly restoring and refreshing the motel with the goal of creating the kind of place families genuinely enjoy returning to year after year. A place that feels welcoming, comfortable, and easy from the moment you arrive.

For us, Lakeside Heritage Resort is about more than updated rooms or amenities. It’s about creating a stay where people can slow down, spend time together, and make memories that actually last.

We’re so excited to continue sharing Paradise Lake with both returning guests and families discovering it for the first time.
